Getting to The Mountain Top Arboretum

From NYC: Go north on NYS Thruway to Exit 20 (Saugerties). After the toll booth, turn left at the traffic light for 1/10th mile, then turn right on Route 32. After 6 miles, take the left fork onto Route 32A to Palenville. At the traffic light, turn left onto Route 23A to Haines Falls. Continue west on 23A to Tannersville, then turn right at the traffic light onto Route 23C. After 2 miles, turn right onto the dirt road, Maude Adams Road, 50 yards to Arboretum parking.

From Albany: Go south on NYS Thruway to Exit 21 (Catskill). After the toll booth, turn left and proceed to Route 9W. Turn right onto Route 9W South to Route 23A. Continue west on Route 23A to Palenville and then to Haines Falls. Continue west on 23A to Tannersville, then turn right at the traffic light onto Route 23C. After 2 miles, turn right onto the dirt road, Maude Adams Road, 50 yards to Arboretum parking.
